Business Legal Purpose as Filed with WV State Secretary's Office: Sunstriders Kennels is a licensed commercial dog pet breeding kennel of healthy, high-quality, purebred Golden Retriever and Labrador Retriever puppies intended to serve and receive third-party training services by clients as lifelong family pets or service companions for both the mentally disabled and physically disabled.
2. Healthcare & Third Party Offerings: Each puppy is provided necessary healthcare for dewormers and vaccinations with documentation provided to clients, and each puppy is offered with third party products and services – such as, an identification microchip and pet health insurance policies.
3. Adoptions, Reservation ("Security Deposits"), & Payment Methods:Clients are offered multiple pay methods for pet adoption – such as, reservations prior to a litters birth, a reservation ("non-refundable security deposit") or full payment after birth, and full payment eight weeks after birth (“Go Home Day”).
4. Authorized American Kennel Club Breeder in Good Standing: Sunstriders Kennels is an American Kennels Club authorized breeder for both full and limited club registration tiers on select litters that meet registration eligibility prerequisites, and offers a non-registration option for clients that choose to not participate within the club.
5. Extended Stay™ & Extended Stay+™: Extended Stay™ and it’s tiered addition of Extended Stay+™ (“Plus”) is an exclusive pet boarding service offered to clients only for puppies that cannot be picked up on or before Go Home Day.
6. Way Back Home™ : Way Back Home™ is an included service with each puppy where Sunstriders Kennels attempts to reunite the client with their lost or found Sunstriders-bred dog - exclusions apply.
7. Upcoming Litter's Information: Upcoming Litters information is an expectation; Sunstriders Kennels cannot guarantee a birthed litter's outcome of quantity for the following: puppies produced, puppies that survive postpartum, gender, coat ("fur") color(s), body size, and temperament. This is why each puppy reservation has an included rollover clause that allows a client to choose a puppy from different colors, genders, and entire litters.
